Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lensfit we always use the best whether it is raw materials for the eyeglasses or the courier or transport services. All our products are shipped through Air Cargo for customer who are not in the base area. Base Area is 200 kms in and around our manufacturing plant.

We don’t charge any thing from our customers towards shipping charges currently. As and when we wish to collect shipping or delivery charges from the customer, we will inform the same at the time of booking or order placement to the customer. Our endeavor is to ensure product reaches you at the shortest possible time. As the products we deal with are tailor made for every customer as per their requirement, we have below time lines which will be followed at all times

We could offer the above products a day earlier. But we use that day to ensure we send across a product which is of the Highest Quality. We care for your eyes. This is part of our DNA at Lensfit

Quick turnaround time and timely delivery is one of the USPs of Lensfit. All the products are shipped through reputed courier companies. Customer will receive an e-mail notification after the product is shipped from our-side along with details such as Name of Courier Company (if any), Date of Dispatch & Consignment number. Customer can also track the order status in user account on our website.

Lensfit takes all possible measures and precautions to ensure that products are delivered on-time at correct address. However, Lensfit doesn't guarantee any specific time period for delivery and above details provided are just an estimates in ideal conditions. Actual delivery time depends on the destination location and other factors as applicable. Product will be delivered at the address mentioned by customer at the time of placing an order. Lensfit will not be responsible for the wrong delivery if shipping address mentioned by customer is wrong. We offer Cash on Delivery option which customer can select while placing an order if its eligible. We also gift pack the product if the option is selected at the time of placing an order.
